Linkware Terms
Use of my images by individuals developing websites with intent to gain is unequivocally denied unless a license and written permission from me has been obtained PRIOR to the downloading, uploading or use of any graphic.You may not use graphics from the linkware collection if you are developing websites for others at no charge and then advertise these sites within a client portfolio with intent to acquire additional paying clients. Please refrain from using the linkware or members area graphics within pages promoting child abuse, hate, bigotry, racism, animal abuse and/or illegal pornographic activities. If for any reason I request that the images from the linkware be removed from your site, you will be given 72 hours to comply. Violations of the terms of use could subject you to this request. Websets All of the Linkware Websets are for Personal Websites . If you own a Commercial Website you will need to contact me to purchase a license to use them. The Linkware Graphics are for website decoration , they are not for scrapbook or other use. If you do not have a website then you are not applicable to use any of the linkware graphics. You may mix and match my linkware sets, but credit must be given on the same page as the images displayed, credit pages are not acceptable. Adoptions All of the Adoptions are Linkware. You can use them on your personal or commercial websites. Credit needs to be given on the same page as the images displayed, credit pages are not acceptable. Most of the adoptions come with matching certificates, please use these to link back with. Tutorials The tutorials listed in the linkware section are offered freely, therfore the results of them should be offered in the same way. I am happy to share them with you, but if I find them being abused in any way I will be forced to remove them from this site. If you "sell" items on Message Forums you are most welcome to use the results for those creations. A link back to madgurl.com is always appreciated. Top of page Membership Terms Upon joining madgurl.com you are agreeing to my terms of use whether you have taken the time to read them or not.Please carefully read these first before signing up.Once logged in to the members area there are no refunds . All logins are IP logged. Registered Members are required to place a Member Logo somewhere on their sites. Links and Membership pages are acceptable. Members found not providing a link back for their membership will be removed and no refund given. Text links are also acceptable. All tutorials, tutorial graphics and samples are copyrighted to madgurl.com. They are not to leave the site, transferred via electronic email, uploaded to another server, or taken and changed for your own web site. Anyone caught doing so will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.You may not offer any naked doll bases created from madgurl.com tutorials. The dolls you create must be fully dressed and/or decorated. You may not offer lineart/outlines with your tutorials results.Tutorials offered at madgurl.com are designed to help you learn how to draw. Please change your results so that it doesn't look identical with the tutorial samples. This can be something as simple as using your own colors and changing a few pixels here and there. But, just because you change it does not make it original to you.All images are original to madgurl.com only. You may say your results are "100% Mouse Drawn by You", but you may not claim originality for them. All Lineart graphics are copyrighted to madgurl.com. They are not to be transferred via electronic email, uploaded to another server, or taken and changed for your own web site. Anyone caught doing so will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. In order to offer the results of creations made with the lineart you must color them in. You can change the lineart up to suit your needs, but that does not mean you now own the copyright to the graphics. You are welcome to use the doll bases to make your own creations whether it be for profit or linkware. You may not offer the bases as is. You must add hair and dress them up. You may change the skin tones to suit your needs, as well as change the eye and lip colors. Doll bases are not to be used for dollmakers. You are only permitted to gain entrance by clicking on the members login link from the main page and adding your username/password in the form.. Please use the site and links exactly as they are intended to be used. All content including text, HTML, and layout are 2002-2005 madgurl.com and may not be taken from the site or direct linked to. On the join page it very clearly states if you plan to offer tubes you must pay the license join fee instead of the regular one.
